Delivery
We use Royal Mail delivery, postage costs are included in the product price.

VAT
VAT is not charged.

Returns/Damage
It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Damage must be checked for within 24 hours from the time of delivery and a report of the damage sent to us. It is essential that you contact us within the 24 hours so that we can claim compensation from Royal Mail and resupply your order.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Forms

Our guidance and payment forms requires name, email address and country details. These details are only used for the purpose of fulfilling the request. The details are automatically deleted from the website database after a period of 90 days.
