You can send Professor Mew some details of yourself and your treatment so far. It would help to have a short video of you counting up to ten and another of you swallowing water. Professor Mew will then be able to advise you. If that is not effective you may write again and if necessary have a ten minute zoom call. If necessary he can then guide someone in your area who could help you directly.
Professor Mew will aim to respond within two weeks but if he is away it could be longer.
